As an appreciation to all of our loyal customers we have implemented a rewards program where you can earn points on everything you purchase! Here's how it works:

-New users must register for the program and existing users can log in using the "Log In" link on the side menu. Click on the button that asks you if you would like to be a loyalty reward customer. If you've forgotten your password, you can re-register.

-It is recommended that your student number be used for your Panther Perks ID. However, any other number between 9 and 11 digits will work. MAKE SURE TO REMEMBER THIS NUMBER!

-Each time you make a purchase in the bookstore you will be able to earn points. The Panther Perks ID number that you have chosen will need to be provided at checkout. If you are purchasing online, you will be able to enter your Panther Perks ID at checkout. For every dollar you spend, you will earn 1 point. You can check your own point balance anytime at DUSPIRIT.COM.

-All purchases count; excluding textbooks and gift cards/certificates.

-If you return merchandise, the points you used for the redemption will be refunded.

-Department charges are not eligible for Panther Perks.

-Free merchandise does not count toward Panther Perks points earned.

-Previous purchases CANNOT be converted into Panther Perks points.

-If you sign up more than once, using a different number, you cannot add two accounts points together.

-All redemption of points are done via duspirit.com. There is a waiting period before you can spend your points. Accumulated points will take 45 days to be active for redemption. Important: Your points are active for ONE year. Panther Perks items will be shipped FREE!
